Preorder Policy


Some items are available to preorder ahead of release. These will be clearly marked and may follow one of two payment options:

đź’° Full Payment Preorders

These are for items we already have in stock, and we’ll dispatch them to arrive on or after the official release date, in line with our shipping policy. Full payment is required upfront to secure your allocation. You can cancel at any time before dispatch, with the option of a full refund or store credit.

If our price drops after you’ve paid but before we ship, you may request a refund of the difference or store credit—whichever you prefer.

đź§· Deposit Preorders

These are for upcoming products or restocks that have yet to arrive with us. Restocks are expected within 30 days, while new products will arrive based on their individual release dates.

You can reserve these items with a non-refundable deposit (typically 10–15%). The remaining balance can be paid at any time before the deadline, which is by the end of the product’s official release date or the day we receive stock—whichever is later.

We’ll send a reminder email at least 24 hours before this deadline (check your junk folder just in case). If payment isn’t received in time, we’ll cancel the preorder and retain the deposit to cover costs we’ve already incurred. This includes things like card processing fees, admin time, and stock we've committed to through distributor reservations—some of which can’t be cancelled or are only cancellable at a cost. It also reflects the missed opportunity to offer those items to other customers while they were reserved for you.

If a preorder item is returned due to a change of mind, we’ll refund the balance paid—but the original deposit will be retained. If the return is due to a fault or damage and we have the same item available, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund of the balance paid. If the same item isn’t available, we’ll offer a full refund including the deposit.


đź”’ Shipping Preorders with Other Items

Orders containing preorder items will only ship once everything is ready. If you'd like in-stock items sent sooner, contact us—we’re happy to split the shipment if any extra postage is covered. Otherwise, all items will be kept safe until they’re ready to dispatch together. For urgent items, placing a separate order is best.


đź§Ż What if Something Goes Wrong?

We rarely have issues fulfilling preorders because we only list stock that’s been confirmed by our suppliers. However, if a delay, damaged shipment, or stock reduction affects your order, we’ll contact you by email. In that case, we’ll issue a full refund for any items we’re unable to supply, via your original payment method.
